Isn't Pirri currently injured?
Pirri brings down hfboards.
In 52 games, Pirri has 11 goals and 13 assists to his credit with the Pathers this season, along with a minus-4 rating.
In 157 games between the Panthers and Chicago Blackhawks, Pirri’s scored 46 goals and 29 assists.
The 24-year old was signed to a two-year standard contract with Florida in July of 2014 with a value of $1.85 million. He currently has a cap hit of $925,000.
How the **** does Dean miss **** like Pirri, Despres, and even Boychuk awhile back? Godamn.

Brandon Pirri scored 22 goals in 49 games last year, is 24 and only cost #ducks a 6th? #curious
For what's out there. What LA has to offer. I'm fine with what the Kings have.
Need Gabby healthy but other than that, let's roll. Still like there chances in 7 games against any team.

How was he so cheap? What's the catch?

Didn't need Boychuck with Voynov.
Yeah that's true, but I can't get over how little was given up for Despres, who has top 4 potential.
For a 6th, who gives a **** if Pirri wouldn't work in Sutter's system, dude has 22(ish?) goals in 49 games. We need more scoring.
you guys keep overreacting to all these depth moves when the Kings have basically just done the same thing. it's all the same ****, contenders are adding scoring depth. None of these guys are going to make or break an entire series barring the fluke performance of a lifetime. there's likely good reasons why FLA moved Pirri for just a 6th, why else would they dump a young guy with that much theoretical upside (as people are saying) for a late pick?
I'm a little surprised Liles or Hunwick have not been moved. Guess the price is just too rich, even at this very late stage.
But I wanna see some ****ing trades!!! This team ain't goin' nowhere in their current form!!!
