Hopefully Deano can move some dead weight around for picks this summer. Clifford, Shore and Forbort are three guys who fill no role on this roster, and there are players in the system who could fill their roles in Andreoff, Dowd and Gravel.

Need to recoup some draft picks.

I'm sure they want Kempe +, so they can **** off, if that's the case.

If all the reports are true that he has no interest to play in Boston or Pitt and the Kings become the only option, they'd be stupid not to take SOMETHING for him. You're just going to re-sign him in the summer anyway.

Give them a third and call it a day. They can have Brown for free.

Sad but true. Shore has been completely invisible and a non factor.

Gravel looked better than Forbort, but the Kings have a problem since Forbort can't pass waivers.

Also, now with Scuderi in the mix and Greene back next year the D is set...and that's without Schenn.

Doughty-Muzzin
Martinez-Scuderi
Greene-McNabb

These are the kinds of dumpster deals Dean needs to make. Especially with the cap situation next season. Will need depth players who can score for under $2 million. If it works out, great. If not, it's a 6th round pick.

you guys keep overreacting to all these depth moves when the Kings have basically just done the same thing. it's all the same ****, contenders are adding scoring depth. None of these guys are going to make or break an entire series barring the fluke performance of a lifetime. there's likely good reasons why FLA moved Pirri for just a 6th, why else would they dump a young guy with that much theoretical upside (as people are saying) for a late pick?
