I feel like if Buffalo media is telling Buffalo residents not to miss the press conference, they're the ones getting the big piece. Don't see Miller being the one moved, unless something absurd like Backtrom or Ovechkin is coming back.

Right. I'm willing to take that chance rather than freak out because we didn't offload one our extra d-men for a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

You sound like picks aren't worth anything. I know guys like Henrique don't pop up every year but I'd rather roll the dice then screw up the chemistry of our blueline and put the notion of doubt in our youngsters head.

Guys like Larsson and Fayne are playing scared, since they'll get scratched the second they make a mistake.

i dont understand this mentality. take a look at the picks we hold, take a look at the penalty thats surely coming, take a look at albany's forward lineup, then come back to me and say 'so what, we have 11 billion defensivemen. no need for picks.'

Lou was scouring the bargain bin today.......Sullivan doesn't even fit in the lineup ANYWHERE...He is not top 6 worthy anymore, he is not going replacing Bernier...Is this the 4th line LW?? Kind a silly to play him there...This is pure stupidity.

Lou has been scouring the bargain bin the entire year and yes, I agree, this a move that stinks of desperation.

So easy right? Just select the player (s) for each side and click the "a" button a few times. Done.

No one has any idea who Lou was trying to move and what the market was like. The team is set for the rest of the year and will hopefully add kovy in ~2 weeks. Get behind the group or don't watch.

Fans have opinions and this place is made for just that reason... So if your contribution here is to slurp at everything and anything this team does, why bother posting, since the sky is blue and every decision made by Lou is borderline genius.
