If Vanek didn't come back to Montreal, Parenteau isn't for sure. For all the grief people have over Vanek, he was way more effective than Parenteau.

the vanek move is the exception to the rule lets face it - i was here and super happy about Vanek , Petry I agree also a good move but i don't include him in my discussion about Bergie getting top 6 scoring talent

UFC is becoming like wrestling almost scripted.

Similar to the Roussey comeback fight.

GSP cashes in one more big fight, loses and rides out on the sunset with his fat check.

Given his age and such he won't hold the belt. Bisping wins not because I think he is better, just this has a Roussey feel to it. Roussey got punched a few times and made a little over 3mill and has told Dana that she's pretty much done. Dana White said a few weeks ago if he was to guess she won't fight again. PAP is being paid 1.3 million by Montreal that comes off the books at the end of this season....Montreal now will have over 17 million coming off the books this off season of course they will use some of that to resign Radulov,Markov......and pay raises for RFA's ...Galchenyuk and Beaulieu and may try to sign someone like Shipachev.......and Montreal will lose one of ....Emelin,Benn or Davidson to Vegas in the expansion draft.

Therrien was more of a modern NHL coach than Julien in the sense that he preferred speed over size.

MB won't trade his more precious assets to get one. And that is the price he would have to pay to get a Duchene.

Of course, if Avs are totally blind, they could accept guys like Beaulieu, Gally, McCarron, Andrighetto for him.

Look if they don't want to risk losing Sergachev to get better down the middle then they have to gamble on Galchenyuk being the #1. Danault as your #1 means an early exit. This team can't score and despite the coaching change are still afraid to use their best offensive center more than anybody else. The organiztion needs to shift away from their "safe" mentality because "safe is death".

If Gally is going too than I would expect Beaulieu to be in the offer since Sergachev sounds like an untouchable. Duchene also plays RW too I believe.

When two of our top three lines contain 4 smurfs we have zero chance.
King will be tried on the second and third lines count on it.
We are surely getting a centerman and here's to hoping Plek is done here.

I certainly hope you're correct about the centerman. With our now limited cap space I'm not overly optimistic about our options there.
