Liljegren is better than Sandin. Prove me wrong.
A lot of people have felt this way about him for a while but still he has good potential for sure.

With that coach, they'll probably squeeze out 9-8.

His pre-Oiler contract was for $7m and he's coming off a productive playoff. I'd be looking for more than $4.4m if I were him.
You make a point...I also dont like the man as much so...maybe im a bit biased against him and his bs.

Can someone explain to me what is delayed?

We aren't even in free agency, so how can anything be delayed?

Maybe only refresh every 2 hours, that will save you about 119 refreshes...
Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine and Dr. Howard have to look him over.

I haven't looked at Haytons stats closely or seen much of him. Soo player as well. I'd be very intrigued by this, but I do worry Hayton isn't nearly as good as his draft pedigree suggests. If you remove the 5th overall draft he was selected at, I'm not sure he'd be considered someone the Leafs would care about.

Coyotes need a lot of things, but a young promising LD to pair with Soderstrom could be really good if/when they finally trade Chychrun. Hayton is from a different management era as well, so they are not likely attached to the player either.
He was a stretch at 5 and he's been a meh NHL player in a top-9 role. The underlying's dont even look like there's more, but obviously hes young and can develop further, maybe in a better organization. But, meh.

Or a RHD equivalent as a Brodie replacement.

Seems like getting a top 4 LHD is relatively easier.

Also a young centre equivalent would be good too.

I could see them taking a chance at Chychrun. Outside of Lily/Rielly don't really have any sure things on defence after 2 years.

Refreshing for the 'inevitable, but never fast enough' trade news.

We're all suckers. They'll drag it out as long as they can.

Is there a limit to how many teams can be involved in a trade/how many teams can retain the salary of one player being traded?

The Josh brook hype was quite high back in 2018 or 2019

He was being considered a better prospect than lilijgren/sandin by the Habs.

Struggled in the AHL and a long shot nhl player now.

Habs do have a few nice LHD prospects. Will need then to replace Romanov who was a likely top 3D on their team long-term
They're doing the same shit with Joshua Roy now lol. They talk like this dude is a lock to become a good top 6 player in the NHL.

All three stromes will be available potentially this off-season....lmao
They should have invested more in their skating like the Hughes' family has

Seems like we are moving on from Kase...

Kase needs to move on from Hockey for his own sake man lol

I think so for sure..wouldn't be surprised if hte canes or panthers go for him

I would take Kase back if he wants to come back, but we can probably replace him too. He is more of a fit for the offensive bottom 6 line and we can't really pay a guy more than 1.5 mill to fill that role.

Pitlick would actually be a nice option if he comes at a reasonable price, but we won't be short of strong options to put on that line (including internally with the likes of Anderson possibly going there if he is not used in the top 6).

Bring Kase back every time if he was healthy and not going to play as if he is seeking Valhalla. Even Foppa had his limits and reigned it back a bit.

At the moment its honestly for his own self interest to stop playing the game

So that is the player I was thinking off. Surprised after all that hype the Habs gave up on him.

To be fair to them have you seen how we talk about our prospects?
Yeah fair. Can't stop others from having ridiculous expectations. I definitely had some fun watching Hab fans talk Shane Wright up for weeks, franchise center, possibly generational, bergeron etc for that to all be for nothing and them to quickly do a heel turn on their stance
