We better not shoot from the perimeter if we want to have success tonight.

Ah, yea, that is just a daily show... it kinda sucks. The actual pre-game show for the Leafs game will be on at 7. If it is like last season, it will be very Leafy (in a good way).

EDIT: Be prepared for Kyper and Bourne though. I know many on here do not like them.
ah that makes more sense and lmao yes

so...crash the net which we haven't done much of....

The 7:30 start time would appear to be due to the game being an ESPN+/Hulu exclusive (in the US). It appears that a lot of their weeknight games are 7:30 pm or 10:30 pm ET starts.

i'm sure that fans in other cities aren't happy when they have to play odd times to accommodate HNIC 7 pm starts, like Nashville last weekend (6 pm game time for them).

Kyper back on panels now for SN?

For sure Canuck fans love the 4pm start coming up later when the Leafs go out West.

Bourne is not wrong about the time distribution amongst forwards. Too much time going to the big boys not enough for the guys who needs to provide secondary scoring.

waiting for this game while I kind of know how it will be likely is like the Mario movie being a thriller.

Speaking of movies Killers of the Flower Moon

5 🌟

Maybe Scorsese best and a good chance of a couple of Oscar's too.

Dudes speaking style is a little disconcerting, not as much as the outfit though.

Building that good blue collar, tough brand of hockey Boston has requires a bit of "assistance" in the form of Jeremy Jacobs.

I'm of the belief there's no way Toronto could make that style work.

I hate to admit it, but the way the Boston Bruins run their organization for the last... 15 years? The culture they have and the way they play the game - more blue collar hockey, is what I wish the Leafs would be.
I think part of it is puck possession and over doing it. They want to hang onto the puck so much. Especially the skill guys. I'm all for them being creative but when it's 2-0 and they're losing... they continue that bullshit instead of throwing it on net and crashing the net and going after the other team and making them lose their cool and take stupid penalties. I get staying the course depending on what's going on with the game but that's where coaching to me doesn't seem to always be working.

Seeing the pre-game skate lines has frustrated the hell out of me.

I'm pretty much in the fire Keefe camp at this point, he doesn't seem to have any new ideas.
It reminds of of the baffled powerplay of a couple of years ago. Now at some point Mitch and AM are going to start producing and it won't matter what Sheldon does or doesn't do, they will win a bunch and we can talk some more about how legendary he is destined to become.

This has surprised me more than anything I think so far this season. His pace is way off from the rest of the team with a couple of exceptions.

I feel he is working through an injury that he cannot make worse... if he is not, not sure I am confident in that move working out the way we had hoped!
Good! that'll add some new spice to all the carping about contracts😂

It's honestly just f***ing annoying they brought him back. With Dubas gone the path was paved to bring in a new and better coach but here we are still with this dolt.

I feel the current iteration of the Leafs is allergic to hard hitting and grind hockey. Their brand of hockey looks pretty in the regular season, looks ugly in the playoffs. At some point hard work out does genius.
