It's insane.

We're not dealing with some niche sport or out of market team.

I am by no means a casual fan, but i have basically fukked off the MLS for the time being. I don't bother watching the "pity" games on TSN either.

The streaming contract greed combined with the ineptitude of TFC from the top have been enough for me to walk away.



...also we keep seeing signs that CSA is still a shitty organization that is horribly run. not televising the game is one such example, but i also read Herdman calling out the CSA recently. soccer in this country could be so much better.

I'm still trying to hang in there, but I completely understand your position. I suspect there are many more fans that feel the way you do.

People on here were so optimistic when TFC threw all these millions at the Italian boys but u can’t win soccer relying on only 2 players.

Just saw Laryea making 1.2 million when he couldn’t even get playing time in English 2nd division lol

Toronto sports teams and their contracts!!!

It's done wonders for MLS and apple in terms of making money. Sucks for us local fan bases, huge for getting more people viewing more games.

The Italians are definitely good. They play in a terrible system and are clearly getting frustrated by it. My guess is it implodes at some point in the not too distant future.

In terms of Laryea, I don't get the slander. Have you been watching the team? He has been on the better performers and is gaining interest from Europe including clubs in La Liga.

A superstar needs to at least have some sort of impact

Like I said he went to a championship team last season couldn’t get any playing time and now he’s back at TFC where he plays? Him being one of better players on team this year means very little lol
What teams are interested? He’s got pace

A regular Apple TV subscription will allow you to watch a handful of featured MLS games every week for free.

If you want access to all the matches or to follow your favorite team, you have to pay extra for MLS Season Pass.

Based on TFC's performance so far this season, it feels like I've wasted my time and money.

For the Championship season he was always going to be coverage. They had Spence in great form, Laryea was never bought to start over Spence. Nottingham also went on spend 200 million pounds in the summer to improve. That's a tough place to establish yourself.

It does mean something. This TFC team is terribly managed, they have no coherent system, and can barely start an attack. Despite that Laryea has 3 goals and 2 assists from RWB.... That's a goal behind Berna for the team lead...

In terms of his movement it's unknown who the team are at the moment but multiple sources have him moving on. If he does end up in Europe it would be a major loss for this TFC team.

Losing Laryea would suck, but I'm not sure it could get much worse on the pitch than it has been recently anyway.

There are major issues with Bob Bradley's tactics and the chemistry in the locker room.
 
With his extreme incompetence, how does Boob still have a job? Whatever success he’s had in the past, it hasn’t translated to this iteration of TFC. I see general confusion in the box and lack of creativity or movement on offence. Can him now before TFC becomes totally irrelevant in Toronto.
