Didn't even know we won last year.... yay I guess
imo CFL is a waste of time. just sell the Argos and keep trying for an NFL team. as long as the Argos are here I doubt we ever get an NFL team but I could be wrong.
Hard to see it making sense here.

Always nice beating the Ti-Cats. A rare win in their home stadium. The field goal just before half time definitely looked like it went a bit wide but we'll take it. MBT worked his magic late in the game. I'm impressed.
Great win,and yes it was wide, but we will take it.:thumbu:

I've always preferred the CFL over the NFL: a much more exciting game, in my opinion.

Last couple of years, with my father-in-law, I watched a lot more football (both leagues) than I have in ages.

So far this year I've seen four Argos games, and they won all four, including Monday's.

Maybe I should watch more.

The Argo's have gotten better through the draft and free agency.

Local groups have been trying to get an NFL team here off and on since the 1960s. The NFL is the most powerful league in the world. They would have been here by now if they really wanted to with or without the Argos, but they've learned from MLB and the NBA that teams in Canada have no positive effect on national broadcast revenue. More than anything, the NFL is about national broadcast revenue, which is increasing next year from around $6 billion annually to over $10 billion.

Personally I want nothing to do with the National Felons League.

Argos trade QB Nick Arbuckle to the Elks.

Curious to know of the return. Why would a team in a battle for 1st trade away any QB depth especially to a team that's out of it?

Well that doesn't make much sense, unless they're targeting someone on Edmonton's negotiation list.
