Being able to rid his cap space by moving down only 13 spots, is a win.

Mrazek as a whole is a C/C+ move at the moment. Would have been worse if he was kept

People were saying that when Dubas said he wouldn't trade a 1st round pick. Obviously if your willing to give up your first round pick formerly impossible things become possible.

Overall I give Mrazek signing then trade a C rating

We overpaid and gave to much term for an injury prone 1B

This trade though didn't cost that much. 25thOA and 38OA won't be nhl players until 16/34/88 have all hopefully signed their 3rd contracts

We just need to get a hit at 38OA, and either get lucky to see that timeliness be 1-year earlier or see the 38OA get a large increase in value due to a great D+1 and then deal him next deadline or offseason if we can get a quality piece

Mrazek signing is an F. Gave nothing of value to the team this season and needed to trade down to remove him.
