That was a starting point, do you want to go over Andersen vs Mrazek? We could do this all day...Hyman provided little more than bunting, if any and the rest are all net positives. That’s just a blindly biased post.

Pray?? Didn't somebody say we are getting the same guy at 38 ??
I’m happy to have neither on my cap ledgerThat was a starting point, do you want to go over Andersen vs Mrazek? We could do this all day...
Drance is a dunceDubas didn't do well, Chicago did bad?
This the PR department for the Oilers tweeting this?

Hed have signed cheaper here, but that term will be painfulI don't see it that way. You don't simply "add" Hyman to the "out " ledger and score it an "L".
Hyman got more than Bunting, Kase, and Kampf (possibly Ritchie) combined. If we keep Hyman we get none of those guys and probably have to move someone else out to be able to have a 21-man roster.
How can a staff get it so wrong though? I get it if you sign a UFA and budget for 30 goals and settle for 20 on a down year. But how can our two bigger UFAs go from July 1 to waivers like that in season? That’s not typically what happens in other cities.
If you had Andersen teams would give you picks for him rather than Mrazek costing you picks to get rid of.I’m happy to have neither on my cap ledger

Can I reference you to the 2016 free agent group to start? How can a staff get it so wrong though? I get it if you sign a UFA and budget for 30 goals and settle for 20 on a down year. is that because those GMs are too proud to admit their mistake or because they aren't as bad of signings?
Foligno is the first example that comes to mind.
Andersen was done hereIf you had Andersen teams would give you picks for him rather than Mrazek costing you picks to get rid of.
Cry about it.If you had Andersen teams would give you picks for him rather than Mrazek costing you picks to get rid of.
This.Andersen was done here
Dubas has spent a lot of pics rectifying his mistakes, this is becoming a regular occurrence.A person who has never made any mistake has never tried anything new. - Einstein
Kudos to him for rectifying his mistake at least and realizing it. 13 spots ain't a bad drop. Let's see what else he has in the bag.
I am also curious if the Blackhawks gm did a bit of a favor due to the leak to the press commentary.
Right????Dubass getting praise for making this trade meanwhile he's the dummy who signed him to that contract
Go figure!
Another bad signing that puts us out of the first round maybe?? If we don’t get a good player at 38, and we end up missing out on a star player at 25, how is this not a terrible deal? Why? Good value to clear that cap space.
Good point, but not for less than Bunting, Kampf, and Kase combined...we would have still had to move someone out to accommodate it probably.Hed have signed cheaper here, but that term will be painful
Right????
Its like going to someone’s house for a party and you get hammered and puke everywhere and then you get credit for picking up the mop and cleaning it up. Lol.
Didn't we have the most amount of picks in recent times before the last two years? I can't recall and don't remember but IIRC in the draft thread that was the case.Dubas has spent a lot of pics rectifying his mistakes, this is becoming a regular occurrence.
Moving back 13 spots from 25 to 38 is a lot different than losing 13 for nothing to correct Lou's terrible Marleau deal.Kid Kyle sure loves moving them 1st's for nothing much.
....that's literally how the "out" works. You're making up your own rules now to cover up mediocre asset flow. The mrazek trade in isolation is good, but overall asset management remains mediocre and nothing worse praise.I don't see it that way. You don't simply "add" Hyman to the "out " ledger and score it an "L".
