For that price we could've gotten Patrick Laine instead, now that his value has gone down. Dubas should get fired...
Because Laine would give us the same of what we have enough of .
With Folingo along with Hyman, Simmons , Bogo and Muzzin we now play any way you want to win .
We won't be a perimeter team when the going gets tough .
Most goals in the playoffs goals are scored in tight .
With Mathews adding that physical element to his game this will only give him more confidence to keep on trending up .
Foligno has more than three times as many goals as Hall.

If we landed Connor McJesus today, some people would still groan and moan about the cap hit. Moan about adding to an already stacked forward group. Groan about Connor having a terrible hairdo.
I´ll be a Leaf till i die, but i swear that part of this teams fanbase is ludicrous.
The Leafs are in a win now mode and Nick is a great pickup for this team.
We have a great opportunity to make a deep PO run, and who knows, we just might make it to the promissed land.

Why are so many people clamouring for Hall? Have they not been watching him.
Hopefully someone is on the ball and finds him an old Northland salad bowl for his first warmup in a Leafs jersey. Would be glorious.

I really liked the idea of catching lightning in a bottle with Hall.
Foligno was their guy, clearly. A lot to pay for the seemless transition in the room.
I generally like more picks, not less. But going for it is fun.
And I do like this kind of player.

it’s very simple.
Foligno is more valuable overall than Taylor hall.
When Taylor hall isn’t scoring - what is he even doing?
This isn’t to come down on you buddy, but people are so narrow minded when it comes to shiny things it’s incredible. Hall sucks, he hasn’t been the same player for the better part of 3 years. Has a terrible contract, and brings nothing outside of point production.
