Damn between all the Halak losses, the blown leads to the Islanders, Oilers, Devils and Senators, the horrible losses to the Ducks and Hawks... if we just got two of those back we'd be in 1st place in the division and tied for the 2nd most posts in the NHL.

Lesson learned from all of those losses-- its never as bad as it seems. Just like its not as good as it seems right now.

There must be a trade we could make involving Blais and some sort of pick for a LD, i think the guy needs more ice time to get himself back to normal, he's not gonna get that here

Actually we did which is pretty good for winning by a handful of goals basically the entire game

That would work. I do like Brodz's game though. I don't think they call up Rydahl, just put Gauthier back in.

It's almost a full second after Chytil passes the puck. I thought the standard for late was 0.5. This one seems a little later than that.

I love Fil, but he reminds me a lot of Anisimov. He has the same luck.

It's not luck if you pass the puck and stare at it instead of protecting yourself, the hit was late and high but he could have avoided it or atleast protected himself.

He's getting ice time but just doesn't do anything. TBH Vesey makes him redundant because they play similar style games except Vesey is better at everything than Blais. I'm no Jimmy Vesey fan typically on here, but as a 4th liner he's excellent. He's just completely out of his league in a scoring role, but he's far better than Blais.

Would love to see Blais moved for a 6D. I know they're trying to get Blais going but he's still seeing way too much ice time for what he is. He was within 1 minute of both Kakko and Laf. Would have rather seen more of the kids TBH, but I was very happy with their performance tonight overall.

I remember getting the games and being floored that a video game actually had music from bands I liked and it wasn't something truly f***ing horrible like Revolution X.

Revolution X was my legitimate intro to Aerosmith and strip clubs. 6 year old children shouldn't play that game, probably

It may have been a little late but it was straight on , so I’d think Chytil was braced. As opposed to the blind side drive by he took against the Blue Jackets (?) which was worse than this one, at least upon first glance.

Right after the Holiday Break, Blais needs to be assigned to Hartford on a conditioning stint. He’s not playing like an NHL forward.
Vitali Kravtsov is an elite passer. He’s being misused on the fourth line.
Gallant is pulling on Karma’s door; he should be careful, that door could lead to the backseat of a NYC taxi.
