Don't get me wrong, I've always known people by and large are pretty ignorant, but COVID has been a damn eye opener as to just how widespread the stupid is.

I don't think that's what he meant, if he did he worded it very poorly. He seemed to imply that everyone had either already contracted it OR they were vaccinated. Who knows, some of the players who tested positive could have been false positives and got it for real and spread it. That's just why it makes sense for everyone to get vaccinated regardless but professional athletes with little education gonna professional athlete with little education.

Even if you did already have it, lots of people have gotten it twice, and there are several different strains. This ain't chickenpox where you get it once and you're done for life.

it's unbelievable to me people don't understand this by now. It's been a damn year we've been talking about this virus and there are still so many widely believed misconceptions.
