Yep. It's only going to increase exponentially each time going forward.1 is about right.
He's getting a record pretty early into his career.
I hope someone feeds this kid his lunch...freakin rat
I'm concerned he might try to throw stuff at players from the pressboxHe will watch one game from the press box -- maybe he can figure out who is on the ice and who is not.
He ran Anderson a few times last night, speared Martin and was in Gardiner's face the whole night.
No Leaf challenged him in any away at any point in the game. Of course thats gonna give him the green light to continue doing what he's doing.
I would call him a rat if he's pulling all that **** and ducking fights, but he's really not.
At least with the whole Doughty incident he ended up fighting McNabb.
It was too close a game to risk taking a stupid penalty. Its on the refs to control the game. At the end of the day, someone will catch him with an elbow to the face or something similar in a blow out.He ran Anderson a few times last night, speared Martin and was in Gardiner's face the whole night.

I don't think he really deserved any for this incident. But with any history with the DOPS, it makes sense that they won't just let everything slide.
A player with no track record might have gotten none, and a oft-suspended player might have gotten more. So 1 game is just fine.
The sad thing is that you say this and then one day he is going to be on the receiving end and you will probably be the first thing crying foul.He ran Anderson a few times last night, speared Martin and was in Gardiner's face the whole night.

You mean suddenly waking up to common sense, while still being a pest?I wish it was just a fine, I don't want to see Tkachuk neutered.

wait isnt it the city of Toronto's fault??Well 1 game is BS but expected worse with the morons at the league office.
Brad Marchand became a lot more effective after he cleaned up his game a bit. I just hope he keeps his edge and learns where to toe the line a bit better.
