Tribute Timothy Liljegren part 2

For sure, unfortunate play. Made a good read to jump up and then the play went sideways on him after he fanned on the puck, not uncommon for him. Wondering if he strained his neck maybe? He got bent all out of shape there. So, if Muzzy is not ready to play on Saturday I guess Dahlstrom gets another shot perhaps? Who knows though, maybe Timmy will be fine by then.
 
I love Timmy and have been rooting for him since before he was drafted, but he has some spectacular and sometimes hilarious gaffes. Really hope he's alright and comes back even better and stronger

Ignoring the obvious troll, Liljegren was having a rough stretch and he had a pretty miserable start to the game before getting injured. I wish him well because it's not like there are any great replacements on the Marlies. Rubins back maybe?

Haven’t been a fan of Liljegren lately but it’s tough to see him injury himself like that. Not a play you want to see. Never want guys to injure. Plus losing him does make our defense worse. Hopefully he’s okay and is back at practice in a few days.

Aki Berg ...leafs were always better when he was in the lineup. the king of invisible defense is good defense.

Main complaint I see is that people can't read basic paragraphs on their phone. I mostly use a laptop, but when I do use a phone it is not that hard to read paragraphs... And if it is, then I just switch to Desktop mode and other than it being a smaller screen, it is literally no different than using a laptop.

Keefe said the signs were positive during and after the game. Said we'll see how he is on Friday and see if he practices.

Had a couple turnovers and screened Mrazek on the PP goal. Hit and miss lately which makes sense as a rookie. Overall a very positive season so far but has dipped a bit lately. He'll be fine though.

You have to wonder if he's dragging Dermott down a bit, they don't seem to mesh well.
This may be the poorest stretch Dermott has played since he's been here.

Those two as a pairing have been lacklustre since the first game it was tried. I guess Keefe prefers to have a veteran playing beside the young guys, Holl with Sandin and Dermott with Liljegren, but it just doesn’t seem to go well with the latter pairing.

Agreed. Need Muzzin back then get back to Muzzin/Liljegren, Dermott/Sandin

Aki carried old man Lumme for years.

Aki could have played alone and still be part of the greatest 3rd pairing in NHL history.
