"Over-30 Mods Club" high-five.

Everyone else can get the hell off of our lawn, and get a haircut.

How about an over 60 club?

Dorion is Tim's guy... Just sayin, id be shocked if he didn't leave at seasons end to be assistant gm in buffalo.

Dorion is a local guy who hasn't moved all over the place like Tim has. I think for Dorion and his young family they won't be moving from Ottawa to Buffalo on a lateral move. If I were to say I think his family is probably thrilled about the AGM position because it will keep him around more.

I am willing to bet that one of Tim Murray's first moves as the GM of Buffalo will be to trade for M. Hoffman........He knows that Hoffman will never get a fair shake here and that he is an NHL talent. I say either by this year's trade deadline or by the summer time, Hoffman will be a Sabre.

Hoffman can go there in the summer. He will be a ufa. I had high hopes for him but hes done nothing in the nhl in his chances. If someone offers him a one way he will take it.

While his family didn't move that much, Dorion is barely home. Always outside scouting.

That would be amazing. I would love to get something back for a career AHLer.

I think it's pretty cool for a guy like Randy Lee that has been around forever. He was the video coach at one point. He's definitely paid his dues.

I know it's all circumstantial, but it is good to see a guy like that get rewarded.

Since you can see the future, you must also be able to see that there is no Superbowl in sight for the San Diego Chargers in your lifetime.

Given that his former user name was DManJustin or whatever, and we now have a scout named Justin Murray...

Do 1 and 1 make 2?

My theory is that Bryan and Tim both know how crappy it is to work under Melnyk, so Bryan completely supported Tim taking off and getting a chance outside of the current environment.

Not a great theory since Tim Murray has already previously been considered for the Blue Jackets GM position last year. There is nothing more behind this then someone who has done well within an organization and other organizations realizing that and trying to capitalize. Why does everyone always try to put a negative Melnyk spin on everything.

Shots fired:

"Ownership allows you to do your job and spend money when the time is right." Tim Murray on why the #Sabres job was attractive.
