How does this Chase card promotion work? Can I pay the first installment with Chase and switch cards?
They say it, but it is bogus. I have changed cards in the past. The payment instructions say you can not switch credit cards at all (whether Chase or not). Don't know how serious they are about that...
"CHASE Credit or Debit*, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover and American Express all accepted. Credit card used for payment must be valid through February 1st, 2014 and may not be cancelled prior to that date. Multiple cards will not be accepted. You may not change the credit card being used to make these payments after the initial charge has been processed."
Don't know why the surprise and anger over row 1 gallery. I was row B in old Garden, moved to 3, no choice. Row A was moved to 2, option to buy 1 if desired I believe.
So row 1 was added (moving EVERYONE back a row in entire level), specifically to be a premium seat. And they are going to charge an obscene amount. Has been that way from day 1.
Im in the blue seats....was 47 a seat this year....next year 49 a seat. My playoff tickets are 75, 95, 125, 185 I believe. the no 10% discount sucks a lot
Also going to be charged ofcourse for 4 home games, although this year we will only get 3....if we get in the playoffs lol
Yup, And i'll sell 95% again. Such a shame since I used to go to 35 games a year, but with the climbing prices and my salary not climbing it gets tough. I requested to be downgraded last year and my rep told me to write a letter giving reasons and stuff, did that I never heard back from her. Thanks Mandy.

That's true...they have always intended Row 1 in the upper bowl to be a premium seat. And if they can get people to pay $135/$165 for them that's their prerogative. But as nice as these seats are, last time I checked they are still not club seats with waiter service, are 20+ rows from the ice, and only have direct access to the disaster that is now called the 8th floor concourse. None of that really screams premium to me. Bottom line is it's a $50+ or $60+ premium per ticket to have nobody in front of you.
i have the same rep Nothing but a problem
Yea she is horrible, completely horrible.
I was so spoiled to have Steph before her and she did anything for me, couldnt have asked for anyone better. She's still around but i think she was promoted.
Stephanie was awesome. She left to go work for the Jets and Giants. She is a manager in the suites. I have Nicole now, and I am not exactly impressed with her. After Steph left, I had Gretchen for a few months, she seemed pretty good.
If the Rangers have a bad year next year, do you guys think the $53 and $56 seats will still be in demand?
I am afraid to renew because I don't plan on going to all 41 home games like usual, and don't want to take a loss if the team underperforms again.
Are you sure? Cause I e-mailed her last year(march 2012, just checked) and she replied back with an answers, unless in the past 12 months she left?

she left over the summer.
Just curious what other peoples experiences and opinions are with Gretchen as their rep.
I moved from section 105 to 210 row 1..from $132 to $150. As you said, no waitress svc, no cluib access and a croswded concourse. I find the TV and the glass to be distractions as well. Legroom is not as great as they made it out to be. I wasn't going to renew at $150 let alone $165. Let them sell these to corporations. View is like watching from TV but my old 105s were much closer to the action and more fun to be at the game imo.
