Row 2 corner gallery seats increased from $79 to $82. Guess they are keeping them pegged to center ice rows 3-15. So happy they didn't screw us.

Gallery center row 1 go from $150 to $165. Bye Bye..10% increase is ridiculous.

Also first round playoff is $200..not sure I will pay my playoff invoice.

Nice seats but the secondary market for these seats is so so.

Speak of the devil.

section 213, $50 seats.

Play-offs: 80, 99, 126, 190.

Next year: $53.

Unlike last year, if you renew early you do not get a 10% discount on the play-off tickets. Instead a voucher for 10% off a delta flight. Whop-dee-damn-doo.

Yep - mine are corner gallery - $125 to $135, playoff round 1 is $170. Definitely not renewing, and not sure will pay playoff invoice either. I remember last year getting lower bowl seats for rd 1 for like $150-$175 on stubhub!

Yeah...crazy that my gallery seats in row 1 will cost $53 more than my seats in row 2. The personal TV and slightly better view is hardly worth the markup IMO.

Anyone got prices on upper center 200's (row 15 and up) for next year and the playoffs this year?

Assuming it'll be $3 more than the upper corners are for next year and anywhere from $3-$5 more than upper corner for the playoffs.

I have to think they are planning on selling these to companies or something - i just don't think that many will renew at this price for the gallery seats, knowing row 2 is $53+ cheaper...(think the diff is even bigger for center)

they are just pricing out the current season ticket holders in those seats - it was already grossly overpriced compared to row 2 and they just increased the gap even more. They must have corporate buyers lined up or something.

At least you were smart enough to get row two also.

Definitely not renewing and will probably pass on the playoffs too.

You used to be able to pick which rounds you wanted to take, so you could pass on rounds 1-3 and keep the SCF strip if you wanted to. Don't think they let you do that anymore

Round 2 is $225, then $275 and $390

To me $275 and $390 are fine. $200 first round I will lose money unless they play the Pens or flyers or the Habs. Even then I will only break even as SH charges 15%. I've been to enough playoffs games. Round 1 is really not that special.

Do I have this correct? Next Season:

Center Ice

Row 1 $165

Row 2 $100

3-14 $82 ????

15- up $53 ???

Looks about right although 15 and up are likely ~$56. Apparently they are treating the 1st row of the upper bowl like the seats by the glass with the huge premiums over row 2.

Yeah, I don't see how I can keep my 1st row pair at $135/ticket. As it is it's already a challenge to move the average game. Just too much hassle for too little upside. If you are fine going to most games and blowing $270/pair they're probably worth having. But that's not me. Gotta assume I'm not alone. lol

Your row 2 seats will move to $82?

How much will row 3 rise to?

Playoffs: $125, $145, $180, $270.

A good friend of mine who sits in a similarly priced seat mentioned $79 seats will bump up to $82. I think we got lucky there.

I'm in 225, row 20, and playoffs are $89/$105/$140/$205. Next year's tickets are $56.

My wife came home from work last night and I told her the news about the prices. Asked her what she wants to do as we had always said $50 was the most we were willing to pay. We likely going to keep them since a) we have never had a problem selling tickets and b) to buy our seats on ticketdisaster this year would cost ~$91 each, even more on ticket exchange or stubhub. Truth is, I have not enjoyed going this year, so might just sell them all next season, but we shall see.

I'm in gallery row 2 in 227. We had a 33% increase for this season and now another $3 increase to $82 a ticket. I know I'm sounding like a broken record in this thread but even the modest $3 increase is a disgrace considering they got me for a $20 increase for this year which included a lockout where the team did NOTHING to make the fans feel a little better. (And don't tell me having Jay Wells outside my section on opening night was special). I likewise too will not get rid of them yet because they are easy to sell and I'm not losing money.

I know there are PSL's involved, but case in point....Giants season ticket holders this past season were coming off a Super Bowl win and they were not increased in their per game ticket price. This season, they missed the playoffs, and again no increase. And, also you should see the ton of special things they do for their season ticket holders, it would embarrass anyone from MSG if they saw it.

I am also hedging on renewing...my center ice aisle seats in row 14 are now 82 a game...last year i said i will pay 79 if the arena is transformed into all bells and whistles making the price increase bearable..however the only thing i can say is improved is the lighting and viewing angle.....the traffic flow up and down the aisle and the constant getting up and down for people in my row has been unbearable...the upper level is now like nassau coliseum..you have to sprint to the bathroom to avoid long lines at intermission..there is no place to hang out and socialize between periods unless you climb to the rooftop.... the food for all the hype is overpriced and overrated ..for example the daily burger when ordered between periods is an undercooked burger that is burnt on the outside and red in the middle.at the end of the game you have to fight the crowd and walk down like cattle....go to the prudential center and see how much better that arena is ..they did it right at what half the cost of the transformation...as long as the rangers win the market will back the prices but once things go south just try selling these over priced ducats for even near cost.....just tough to say goodbye after all these years but IMHO the hi def coverage in the transformed garden is better than being there in person..they really upgraded the tv
coverage with the lighting and angles and programming both pre and post game..which leads me to believe this transformation was done to please corporations ( new suites ) and tv i can now see the bubbles in the fans beer when watching at home. It may be a sight i get used to going forward.

I think $76.

Row 1 Corner $135
Row 2 Corner $82
Row 3-14 Corner $76
Row 15+ Corner $53

Row 1 Center $165
Row 2 Center $100
Row 3-14 Center $82
Row 15+ Center $56

Think that's about right.
