I had to look up this challenge because I had not heard of it before now.

And holy hell, what a crazy concept. I like spicy food as much as the next desi, but this sounds awful.
I enjoy spicy foods but when it's not meant to be hot and that's it. If there's flavor fine, these are f'ing horrible and cannot be enjoyed. Give it a shot.

I love spice and I love heat...

I love spicy Asian food...Indian, Thai, Korean doesn't matter. I think my favorite right now is rogan josh from this place in Somerset Punjabi Rasoi...I heard Dave Portnoy stop in there? I don't know.

As far food is concerned there is not much I don't like. MY waistline proves it

That's sweet, we had this guy in our yard for a few weeks. Hung out on our pool and in the yard for quite a while.
Whoa! I think that's a Swanson's Hawk as opposed to the Red Tailed that I photographed. Yours is way more rare!

If you do, please record it and post it here or on YouTube. It was absolutely effing brutal.
Oh I definitely will .What's the point if I can't humiliate myself with the video evidence haha.

There's an Indian restaurant not too far from my house and when I go for my walks or drive past it before it closes, I can always smell the food coming from it and it smells amazing.

But I have never actually eaten Indian food before and really wouldn't even know what to order or what I would like. I'd be afraid of ordering something and thinking ''Ehhh, this doesn't even smell like whatever I always smell coming from there and I don't even like it all that much''. I can't even describe what kind of food I'm smelling from there, like if it's meat or veggies or bread or what. I just know it smells way too good.

And they must do pretty good business, as different eateries have went through that space way too quick. I feel like the average eatery that's been in that space lasts 6-12 months max and they've actually made it over 2 years now.

Oh and another thing... Indian food pairs great with beer. I don't hear many people talk about that. But someone should do a beer and Indian food pairing menu.

Just go in and ask...Tell them what you like and they will help you. Every Indian place I have ever been in they are super excited when people are trying new stuff.

hawks are really beautiful until youve seen them swoop down and try and grab a chicken right in front of you.

and the chicken dies 2 days later from shock.

ya.
I might of mentioned this before but there is a farm near me that raises pheasants and if you drive around there they are hawks and the occasional peregrine falcon sitting all around the property waiting for one to get out.

I talked to one of workers on the farm and he said they lose 30 to 50 every year from them getting out. And they don't make it more than a few yards before a hawk gets them. Chickens and ducks too

after that i built this with shit that was here.

studs, chicken wire and a couple of bike wheels. it raises and lowers on pendulm spokes

i put them in for a few hours in evenings and roll to different area the next day as to not f*** one grass area

they love it and get excited when im moving it from day before to allow them 'out'

Definitely agree with this. Spicy Indian food goes well with a hoppy IPA. For example, I made saag paneer tonight and drank a Beer'd Dogs and Boats with it. Turned out great.

But I think people don't really think about pairing beer/wine with Indian food that way, because India doesn't have much of an alcohol tradition or culture. There are local traditional spirits, and they are oddly into scotch and/or whiskey, but that's about it. Very few breweries, and wine is almost unheard of. Kingfisher and Taj Mahal are nothing to brag about.

My guess is the Scotch Whiskey thing is a remnant of being part of the British empire.

Just get butter chicken and then start experimenting from there.

I live above an absolutely bomb Indian place that is also super fast and very cheap. It's terrible for my waistline but awesome for everything else in my existence.

friday gave feeling to drink up some , more than most people of beer

and make a pizza paddle ...three pieces of wood together as such. sanding of course and the fun part of electric planing for the bevel
.... started at 3/32 depth to get the feel and then go

....use it to slide the dough on to the stone.... smooth......

can also be used to serve but then i wound have to hit you over the head with it as that's not why made it.

pizza was mushroom, onion and spicy sausage.....and some hot peppers on half.
