Bought a jet ski. Probably my least responsible purchase, but sure is the most fun.

truer words ......that shit aint cheap to run

i got a canoe 3 years ago for 200$.....different kind of 'fun' and served me amazingly so far

hope to take it for trip to crown land up north later this week for some overnight camping

but wrench in the plan happened today so trip pending (another story)

yep youve said this before

i couldnt do it ...seems like way too much work for someone like me
I just bought a new mountain bike to exercise. Depending upon the specifics you can now go over $10k for an electric dual suspension with a carbon frame. That’s for a bicycle. $10k for a…..bicycle. Toys are way up in price it seems.

Also on a different note, RIP Bill Russell. I can’t think of another athlete who dominated his sport in his time the way he did; nor someone with more class or who showed more grace under social pressure. No town was more racist than Boston in his day and how he held his head up and faced it down with sheer talent, success and dignity. What was it, 12 championship rings including the NCAA at S.F.? Never lost a deciding game in his career.
These records will never be touched.

I've spent over 2 grand and counting on my ebike so far - but I've also ridden it somewhere over 9000 miles in 3 years

My father and brother have bass boats. Fun to zip around lakes and super comfortable wide open fishing platforms is real nice. But I do have to say, I'm quite happy with my kayak. Less work, way easier to store and transport, cheaper, gets me some exercise. If I could just make it a bit more comfortable it'd be perfect. It's not bad, but for someone with a bad back, it's not the most ergonomic thing ever. The experience of catching a fish in a kayak is really cool too. You're almost in the water with the fish.

That’s not too bad actually. I spent over 2 grand on a regular mountain bike.
they've gone up in price the last 3 years but I love mine - so much so that I also bought an electric longboard this year to ride around town on in the summer - living in a beach town and not having to walk or take a car just to get somewhere quickly is great since both top out between 25-32 mph

At a certain point just buy a light sport bike. Do they make a light electric motorcycle? The bike part seems superfluous to me.

Have you used it a lot since you got it?

My wife and I are debating whether or not to get a Flycraft raft for the upper Delaware... actually my wife really wants one ... I'm just not sure if it's practical and will use it enough to make it worth it.

honda makes a light bike that tops out at 55, which I've actually been looking into as a replacement once I get my license restored

they do - but after 20 mph you need a motorcycle license and registration/insurance
