The Flyers are to me what the New York Mets are to Frank The Tank Fleming. Such a shitshow organization that generally proves my pessimism about them right.
Maybe you're better suited to another team or another sport? Seriously.

The negative crap on this thread from whiny naysayers is a joke. Let the summer play out folks and stop wringing your hands and blaming Torts for every perceived misstep.

Go hang out with the happy people who believe everything is fine at FB. If not then I don’t know what to tell you

Just seems that Briere is trying way too hard and everyone is on to him. The market isn’t there for Sanheim because every trade he’s trying to make are with guys he thinks he has to move.
The market isn't there for Sanheim b/c the league doesn't think he's as good as some posters here think.
He's a solid 2nd pair guy, but $6M is rich for 2nd pair D-men, and 8x6 is very rich from age 27-34.
If NHL people though he was a #2, they'd jump on him, b/c with a rising cap, the deal would be a bargain.

Remember Armstrong’s comments about thinking Briere “is going to be,” not “is” a good manager in the league? You certainly get the feeling they are treating him like the rookie he is.

Things seem forced. Not sure why he thinks he has to move Sanheim.
July 1, when the NMC sets in. At that point you're pretty much stuck with him, unless Sanheim decides he wants to leave, and then you have to take a discount since he can basically choose his destination.

IF you're rebuilding, you don't want that cap hit down the road, and he isn't going to help you now (gain 5 more points and a worse draft slot?)

There's plenty of other (and larger) online flyers fandoms where it's a Q-anon groupthink of positivity, and historical greatness so if you want to indulge in something else maybe look to there.

Yep. Distinct pattern of only moving guys who were problems for the team in some fashion. Mosty problems with Torts.
