Umm, they most certainly are.

He's a reporter, so he's going to defend the reporting. This is a hockey media thing, unlike in the NBA, where they just have the story straight. They want credit when they don't have or want to report the story.

In the NHL, you get shit like 'deal is close, trade call is not done yet,' like, you have the story, just report it.

Why is everyone in on Kevin Weekes? He doesn't say anything until he has it. And then everyone credits him for it instead of the people who are saying shit like 'things may change.'

ASF is gonna go after some low hanging fruit so he can get up on his soap box. It sounds like you’re gonna get one here because there’s a small contingent of an idiots think he somehow ruined the first trade because of his reporting.

What am I missing ? Are they having some sort of round table ?

It was the Blues reporters who moved on it, too. Not some kid trying to make a name for themselves. JP Rutherford was the one who was saying half our roster was being traded to St. Louis.

there were 2 times where shit like that happened, that i remember, off-hand, and both times it was Darren Dreger.

One was when the Kopitar 10-year contract was being done, and tried acting like it wasn't done when he knew it was. he said shit about it being in jeopardy and 'something changed' literally hours before the contract extension was confirmed and announced by the Kings.

The other was when the Thrashers were moving and he went on for 2 weeks about how it wasn't happening yet when it obviously was, but 'the deal wasn't done yet,' because Bettman hadn't booked his flight to Winnipeg until it ownership was signed away.

We're gonna get Reinbacher tomorrow because he's the most boring player in the draft (not bad, just boring).

Its either that, or we're getting Will Smith, in which case I will trade my Tesla in for a gas car, so I can get sit in the garage with the engine running
Really coming around to this opinion, and the sad thing is that might be just be a great pick. But i wouldn't be able to get excited about it.

The Desert Ducks forbid this.

ASF says he believes Michkov is the target. Danny wants to be able to outbid Washington to move up.

Teams are interested in Sanheim, but not for a 1st round pick

Tesla's seem to be a bad car for suicide. That dude drove his with his family in it off a cliff and he survived (and luckily his family)... Can't leave it in the garage with the engine running either.

Can you put it in driverless mode and ride across the street on a child's tricycle? Then you may have a chance at death.
