Guardians of The Galaxy Christmas Special was pretty good. Made me laugh a lot.
I’ve never been a super hero/marvel/dc guy (not even sure where Guardians may fall in those categories) but I enjoyed the first Guardians move. I only watched it recently, forced by my better half. They did a nice job with the music and light hearted nature

Im a big fan of Marvel. I grew up buying the comics all the way back to the mid 60s.

I was huge on the ghostbusters and scooby doo when i was a kid. That’s about the closest i ever got to superhero -v- villain i guess

I do have memories of watching Batman reruns with Adam west though. I liked those as well

Definitely recommend Wednesday like several others here have said. It’s a good mix of nostalgia and updates. My girls love it.

The Murderville Christmas Special was one of the funniest things I've seen all year.

The show itself is usually great, essentially there's a celebrity guest who doesn't have a script and has to solve a murder mystery through improvisation led by the lead detective played by Will Arnett. The Christmas Special though had Jason Bateman and Maya Rudolph and it was amazing because they didn't play it seriously at all.

Hmmm was looking at this wondering if any good

This might be the best thread on this place for information

The only thing that will top it but for entertainment not information is a Don Sweeney Apology & Thank You thread next June after Bruins win the Cup and he’s fired for being insane for signing Mitch Miller a week later

Lonnie - did you watch Ghosts? It gets great reviews and your gals might like it. I like the lead who was in the Rom Com The Christmas Prince

Thanks for all the suggestions

I haven’t but will definitely check it out. What streamer or channel is it on?

Wednesday is a lot of fun. They did a great job with casting but also updating the story for today. I mean crap, it’s Tim Burton and he directed most of the episodes as well. It definitely has his fingerprints all over it.
