No, wheb you are are a consistent top 10 team you are a contender.
Again if you believe they are contenders for the president trophy, and by your own admission you do, you must believe they are contenders for the Stanley Cup because again you can't be contenders for one and not the other.
Does anyone know what this means?
It means he wants to play in a market where he can live in anonymity.Does anyone know what this means?
Nashville is a nicer place to liveDoes anyone know what this means?
I‘ve seen players in Franklin, TN about 15 miles south of Nashville and it’s a really nice. Affordable housing on acres of land and close to good schools and shopping.Nashville is a nicer place to live
Does anyone know what this means?
Jealous.just about anywhere is nicer than Toronto (to live).
and that is not an exaggeration.
Muskoka 5 knew it.just about anywhere is nicer than Toronto (to live).
and that is not an exaggeration.
yet you all come herejust about anywhere is nicer than Toronto (to live).
and that is not an exaggeration.
Do you have proof? As it's always attractive to so for some reasonExhibit B: The quality of free agents Treliving was able to attract this summer. Word is out that this isn't a highly desirable destination any longer. While it's wonderful that BT recognized that none of Klingberg, Domi nor Bertuzzi are the type of player you lock in over the long term, it's troubling that these were the type of players BT had to resort to this summer. Upon sober reflection, that trio are simply the best of the free agency leftovers from a weak free agency year. They are the ones worth taking a one year flyer on.
You seem to think the other teams don't try to win too. I mean 1967 is along time ago maybe you need a new team to cheer for, I mean for some they need their respective sports team to win to feel something in life. Leafs might not be the franchise for you. That’s fine, but my bet is as long as this core continues their no shows in series deciding games, nothing will change. It will not matter who you surround them with. I just don’t think this core will ever become the leaders that every team needs their stars to be. MAYBE they will FINALLY prove me wrong?
Does anyone know what this means?
probably enjoyed living in places where hockey was on a different tier and places like St. Louis had people chasing after Goldy Arenado Pujols and Yadi and could go do most things unnoticed.Does anyone know what this means?
Or they could be the franchise for me, just not the right core group.Do you have proof? As it's always attractive to so for some reason

Toronto is just a place to come to work for those who prefer a house bigger than a garage and love to cook in a space with more than 2 appliances.yet you all come here
Hamilton and all the other lesser cities are for people that can't handle the big city and then need to put down what you can't hack. Stay home, stay safe pumpkin
It's not so bad if you got into the market early enough (mid 70s for me), but I know what you mean.Toronto is just a place to come to work for those who prefer a house bigger than a garage and love to cook in a space with more than 2 appliances.
Born and grew up there. Now in a northern suburb. Wouldn't be sad to see the real estate market collapse to give some motivated young people a chance to buy in. The affordability of living is making many rethink their priorities. One of my kids (daughter), decided the hustle and bustle wasn't worth it and moved with her boyfriend to Nelson BC. Now it isn't really cheap there but the powder is nice and she loves to board. With the right job, a lot of people can telecommute now. The allure to big city living with big paycheques doesnt resonate as much when you can live in a beatiful surrounding and still draw a big paycheck. It's not so bad if you got into the market early enough (mid 70s for me), but I know what you mean.
It's getting bad everywhere. I bought a house in Wasaga five years ago, and just sold it for double.
There are also different dietary preferences and requirements. These players are miles ahead from an athletic conditioning perspective from where they were. Not everyone wants to go out for beer and wings every night. We might as well criticize them all for not going outside together for a communal smoke.
entire world is jealous of Toronto.
fully agreed. it was a sarcastic response to the post above.Tell Mitch to double up on is spinach and work on his acceleration. My dad said he looks like he needs some grip and wrist strength.
Its pretty overrated. I would say one of the top 10 overrated major cities in the world.
Should have got married right after the season and gone to honeymoon in a remote location with some Russian athletic doctors for a couple of months.Tell Mitch to double up on is spinach and work on his acceleration. My dad said he looks like he needs some grip and wrist strength.

So winnipeg has a chance??just about anywhere is nicer than Toronto (to live).
and that is not an exaggeration.
winnipeg and windsor were the reasons I said "just about"So winnipeg has a chance??
Fair enough!! Lol!winnipeg and windsor were the reasons I said "just about"![]()
Well then enjoy being let down. Lol even If they win deep down inside you'll know you didn't believe.Or they could be the franchise for me, just not the right core group.
