Congrats. What have the Sens accomplished since Karlsson ran Hoffman out of town?

I wonder if playoff warrior Brady Tkachuk brought the team to karaoke after tonight's loss.

Weak. How about just win an actual playoff round (we won't even consider the Conference Finals (as that's not a word associated with Toronto lol) and then come and talk to me. The clock starts now son.... lol

Toronto fans are delusional and drink that delicious Leaf Koolaid.

1 9 6 7

How about simply making the playoffs? Ottawa won't be in line for that any time soon - shit coach, terrible D, no goaltending, overrated captain, the list goes on...

When the greatest thing to ever happen to the franchise is the owner passing away, you know things are bad.

Is that all you got? You're about as effective as the Sens last night.

It's funny how terminal cancer is the only thing that has generated a positive outcome for the Senators in the past 8 years.

Their fans were dead silent on this board until Melnyk died and now they're acting like a future dynasty. Never forget that the only reason you guys are talking shit is because you were lucky enough that Melnyk was an alcoholic. Otherwise he would have been your Harold Ballard minus the pedophilia.

I don't know, playing 4 rounds of hockey that one time was a fun achievement never before seen in Toronto.

Well that doesn't end a drought - and that 1 year of four rounds was possible because Ottawa managed to not play you-know-who in the PO that year.

1927

I will say if they have a healthy Josh Norris and Chycrun on that top power play they can score their way into the playoffs as an 8th seed, but would get dealt with quickly by the likes of Toronto and Tampa

1927, 1967... doesn't matter. There's the same amount of people here that aren't retired that remember seeing Ottawa or Toronto hoist the Cup lol

Tonight they are beating the Blue Jackets 4-1, outshooting them 23-3.
Beating up the #16 team in the conference isn't necessarily an indication of a playoff worthy team. Montreal killed them 8-2 recently. Rematch tonight will probably be more interesting

More like 1992. I mean, how are you supposed to win it if you don't have the franchise to compete for it? Yeah all of those disappointed Sens fans in the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. lol. Luckily some of use were Habs fans before the Sens came to town, so we've been able to enjoy the euphoria of Stanley Cup runs and victories. Hahahahaha!!

Has your name always been BallardDiddledKids or did you just change it? I don't have permission to see your previous names.

Brand new! I thought hey, Leafs fans such as @MCR74 seem invested in lying about or obscuring the fact... so might as well bring it to light.

5+ posts and still cant admit that pedophila is worse than being a shitty guy.... seems kinda f***ed up. But apparently I "started it" by saying raping children is worse than what Melnyk did.

Oof. Pretty disgusting, tone-deaf (considering site banner ribbons) take here, ngl.

Not funny at all dude oof.

I mean every team in the league has to deal with injuries. Can be a good year development wise but the injury thing is tired.
I don't think many teams would be successful without their 1c for the whole year, both goalies for long stretches, top two d for long stretches etc. Unless you are Colorado. But to be fair they almost missed the playoffs with Mack and Landy out.

Norris isn't your 1C. I mean it is obviously Stutzle lol the Leafs had a majority of their defense out for large chunks of the season in the first half. Every team typically deals with injury trouble in one way or another. The good teams manage, the teams that aren't sink. It all levels out.
