All I want is the team to put up a fight, the kids to develop, and the best lottery odds. So in that regard, definitely better over the last three weeks, but... Don't want them to get too spicy.

He has been a key cog, which is a bit surprising because he sucked early in the season.

Starting to feel a bit better about betting everything I own on the Sharks winning it all this year.
Seriously though, earlier in the tread, after the back to back 10-1 (or whatever) loses to remain winless on the season, I suggested they should consider forfeiting the rest of the season... While joking, I think at least a little bit of me was actually kinda-sorta being serious about that. Good on them for playing ~.500 as of late.

Nah, by now the Sharks should have lost their first round draft pick because tanking isn't fair or entertaining, Grier should be fired for either doing too good of a job or not doing a good enough job, and the lottery should be abolished one way or the other, and I'm sure there are a lot more opinions on that to be shared in here.
