Yeah it pains me to say it, but they have gone Full Tank. I hate to see them lose, but at this point, with 10 games left, what else is there that can be done?

At least there is some semblance of structured play here. From what I've seen on this board, Hartford is a complete dog pile of an environment right now. Don't discount off-ice experience. And watching from the bench is still better than spending time in Hartford.

Yeah looking around the league, I can see Anaheim and Vancouver passing them and Anaheim has looked much better as of late. Their young guys fighting for a spot next season. Think the Rangers will be in that bottom 5.

I know lack of top draft picks and prospects traded so sather and AV could get one more kick at the can blah blah blah, but how have they not fixed this actually..... didn't Gorton hire McCambridge

I’d be disappointed if there wasn’t. They were a disaster in every measurable sense

Vancouver has the toughest road of all the tank teams left. Buffalo has the easiest with Anaheim not too far out.

I think it's safe to say that Chicago, Florida, Philly and Minnesota and if they win tomorrow, Colorado are more or less comfortably ahead of the Rangers and a decent to great bet to do so.

6 is the most likely bet provided that Edmonton can stay ahead of us. We won't finish any lower than 7.

People need to let this Pionk is getting too many minutes theory die. Maybe he does from time to time, but he's more or less been demoted.

Let him play, he sucks right now and hes a decent bet to continue to suck, but in the short term that helps us and in the long term, maybe he figures some shit out and he turns into a player - that can't happen if he doesn't play.

Very few players are very good right away. The few that do it have skewed perception.

Elite center Alex Barkov has like 29 points his rookie season. Yeah he was 18 but he was a 2nd overall pick. He's a 2 way beast and will score 90 points this year. So theres hope for our boys to become top 6 guys , they'll never be elite tho like Barkov. We MUST pick top 3/
