C'mon nobody said he's the best. He's only like top 3.
Yes I’d definitely take DeAngelo over Karlsson, Burns or a Hedman. Hell just give DeAngelo the Norris now. Did you know that Tony DeAngelo collected all of his Pokémon go from a landline? When DeAngelo cuts onions, the onions cry. Notice no bridge is named after Tony DeAngelo? That’s because nobody crosses Tony DeAngelo.

on the plus side Anderssons skating is nowhere near the apocalypse it was earlier this year. idk if it was effort or some minor back injury or what but he at least looks the part of a real NHL bottom 6er now.

Karlsson and Burns are the two guys ahead of him.

Hedman is a dropout and an anti-vaxxer .

Someone stated last game that game was lacking entertainment value.......imo, Dallas game was 1000x better than this one. Or, maybe I am just tired. Which I am.

Detroit looks horrible, Especially on their PP, So that’s not good, if they are getting owned by them, Lol.
Detroits doing a lot of 'unorthodox' things structurally. I can see the Rangers trying to and not being able to figure it out as they play, but you don't need to counter-punch these losers, just run them over.

Passive mindset.

He meant top 3 at that one thing. It’s a very specific thing, and even if he is top 3 in the league at it doesn’t mean he’s a top pairing defenseman. I’m sure Mika or Kreider or even Shattenkirk each have one specific attribute that they’re near the top of the league in. Doesn’t make them elite, and no one is saying that about ADA.

Think both teams have checked out and are dreaming of sandy beaches

So it’s Quinn that has to fix this, right?
Yes.
I think he's losing the team a little. Listened to the Blueshirt Banter podcast this afternoon and they weren't taking direction in a simple drill.

I think he'll still be fine but this is one of those stretches its not getting through.

DeAngelo has been consistently good for most of the season. What just happened was a defensive mistake of his that led directly to a goal, which hasn’t happened in a while. And you basically say he sucks at defense. I think you’re the one that is reactionary. It’s obvious that you’re way too hard on him for some reason.

And I apologize for getting excited about a prospect with tons of upside who is developing right in front of everyone’s eyes and slowly putting it all together. How dare I.

I don’t like overhyping young players, but DeAngelo has actually been consistently good for a while now, unlike Chytil or Andersson.

Maybe not all....but perhaps one.....

Yeah pretty much. I Feel this game will end with a 2-1 score.
