I don't know if its Chemistry as much as it is added pressure and just flat out not playing well at the moment.

They need a nice dose of Ottawa right about now. I don't know if they have it coming up but they've kept a few teams from spiraling (NYI, TB sort of, what they did last week was spiraling for them.)
 
a team with actual breakouts would annihilate this Detroit team. Massive gap between the 2 forecheckers and the other 3 like every time.

So what if he’s one of the best in the NHL at it. Maybe he is. Maybe he isn’t. But no one is saying that he’s an elite 1st pairing defenseman because of it. It’s just a very specific thing that he’s good at. I just explained this a few minutes ago, so I won’t do it again.
 
Chytil's gotta fight for the puck on the boards there instead of skating all the way around the defender. That move has like no chance of working.
