Pitt/WVU game was awful. Good win for WVU but that was some ugly football to watch.

Jurkovec was hilariously bad. He is such a weird player. He has such a similar physical build and playing style to a young Big Ben but it doesn't translate to much on the field. There's just something missing with him. I just don't think he has the football IQ to get the same out of his skill set that a guy like Ben did.

Kenny is a guy who well is things are brand new to him. He is coming from a real offense and trying to learn a 1 word offense. It’s going to take time

Did you try giving the QB an actual NFL coordinator before you pegged him as no good?

Also, hasn't fraud the coordinator been calling the same plays longer than said QB was picked in the draft?

Also didn't Ben have to like call his own plays midway through the season because fraud the coordinator isn't an actual NFL coordinator, unable to do the job?
Idk, Kenny misses wide open players, leaves clean pockets early, taking his eyes off the play. Can't read zone coverage to save his life.

Not like the guy is some young QB, he's 25 and played 4 years college, he shouldn't be making so many rookie mistakes.

The only reason the Steelers went 7-5 with Kenny last season, and finished hot was because they face no QBs, Kenny didn't even play well in most those wins, lost us a few games too.

I think Kenny can become a decent game manager though, but certainly not gonna happen as fast as i thought.

Coaching staff certainly isn't helping. But Kenny did miss wide open guys in week 1. Not sure what Canada could have done, Kenny can't hit a barn if it was in the middle of the field.

There was a reason why Canada gameplanned away from the middle of the field last season. Kenny can't make those throws, yet.

Jurkovec's career is over. That was a travesty of a game last night. Man watching these two football teams right now is looks like their OC's sit in Southside together and come up with the exact same plan for both teams.

I watched Phil at PR and the kid was such an incredible athlete. You could tell the arm was a bit suspect, but athletically my god. They’d run an option with him and it just wasn’t fair.

I don’t even recognize this version of him. Dude has packed on atleast 50 pounds. Now he can’t run or pass. Maybe it was having zero oline at BC. Never should have went to ND to start with but I digress.

Play the transfer now?

Just catching up. So thankful I’m a PSU fan and not a WVU or especially Pitt fan, those schools just suck at football. 8-9 wins is bad for us but basically an apex for them these days.

Secondly - I see Mark Madden is being attacked for his take on the Mike Babcock situation. Ryan Whitney who was always an ally of Mark’s went after him for some reason. HUGE mistake. Whits is about to get dragged:

SF struggling in LA, struggling against a actual Nfl coaching staff this week.

Seemed like over the offseason a lot of local coverage and the general opinion in the fanbase when looking at the schedule were anticipating wins against the Rams and Seahawks this year. Rams have seemingly regained form somewhat now that they're healthy and the Seahawks are pretty clearly ahead of the Steelers in their rebuild timeframe compared to ours.

This schedule could turn ugly quick if the Steelers suffer any further injuries to important players.

The rams still have tons of questions on defense and o line and Stafford will probably get hurt eventually lets see what they look like outside of the division
Seattle is the perfect team for Tomlin talk about a team who wants to win 24-21

The decent QB still needs a coaching staff. Hur Dur
We have not a decent Qb since 2017

Burrow aggravated his injury and they have Rams seattle 49ers and titans coming up could be an ugly stretch in Cincinnati
