I golf with Gerry, Chris Hoke, know Chris Mack on a personal level too. Spoke with them both today, and let me say, if you don’t think this BS with Pickett is true, go **** yourself. This dude is a literal cancer and the Steelers need to get rid of him for the good of the franchise.

There is going to be a lot of stuff that comes out with this bum in the coming days that is going to reflect very, VERY poorly on this franchise for having drafted him.

also - Gerry Dulac, Mark Madden, Mark Kaboly, Chris Mack and many others are a WAY bigger deal in this city than Kenny Spigot ever was or ever will be. He’s a flash in the pan bum who will be bagging our groceries in a year and we want him to know that. Please tell him we said that.

Chris Mack was basically fired from the FAN and doing some BS podcast about the 2008 Steelers that has like 5 listeners. More successful than you are most likely, but Kenny Pickett is going to make 8 figures playing football. Suggest you chill.

Chris Mack made high six figures this year in his role for BetQL, and he’s been at it for years, so he doesn’t need the Fan but it was a nice supplemental income anyway. I highly suggest you GFY, because Pickett will be out of the league next year and his BS isn’t sustainable. Will be making $10/hr bagging mine and other PSU/WVU fans’ groceries real soon.

Kenny Pickett is going to have at least a 5-6 year career unless he is as cancerous as you say. Which, given you are more prone to fantasy than your namesake, I don't believe.

Pitt fans need groceries too.

The Kenny P dick riders are out in full force. Super mad at how he's been handled yet didn't give a shit when worse was done to Mason. Showing they're fans of small hands vs the f***ing team. Those Pickett fans can go f*** off. Play the Qb that helps us most and right now? The one that is, is playing.

Also what's wrong with Mason maybe having more of a future? Geno Smith is a prime example of never writing off a QB because of shitty coaches.

Cowher (although he had personal reasons as well) knew it was time for him to move on and stepped down. Why can’t Tomlin do the same? Why be selfish to the city of Pittsburgh when he will immediately be the top Head Coach candidate out there anyway?

Refusing to backup, like refusing to play unless you start? As a second year player? With your teammates still playing hard to try to make the playoffs? That would be career suicide, to current and potentially future coaches and especially other players in that and future lockerooms.

I can't imagine anyone could be so dumb, so barring further proof I don't buy it.

It’s not a “rumor”. It’s 100% true. At least 5 reporters have basically said as much.

We are in the transfer portal generation. If a player loses a competition for a position and transfer out, Kenny himself said he didn’t learn anything watching Mason, which blows my mind he seems all about himself.

It makes no sense he would take that position, but explain how it makes sense that it ISN'T true. You can dress a 3rd QB basically for free - doesn't count against your actives. Steelers playing a game they have to win to stay alive. Until a month ago, Pickett got all the 1st team reps since July. Yet a guy who as of the NEXT DAY is not on the injury report and who was physically cleared to play in Seattle is inactive in that situation because he didn't have enough practice reps? Steelers saying they are better off running the Wildcat with Harris and Warren over playing a cleared to play Pickett if it came down to it in a game you have to win? There's no world that makes any sense at all.

I'm not going along with MM on this one, but the combo of Kaboly's ... cryptic(?) comments and the complete absurdity of trying to claim it's related to lack of practice reps makes me think there's some fire to all this smoke.
 
Word is that Kenny was cleared on Thursday to play - he was going to be the 3rd QB anyway. He was available if needed.

This kind of stuff reminds me of the DP 51 Rumors of him having a gambling problem and thats why the team soured on him.

Love how the Pens and Steelers get the media to do their bidding and the media clowns lap it up
