Saw one too. In almost every mock I’ve seen or done, one of the corners or tackles is there at 17. And there’s an interesting pick then at 32 too.

The 133 million guaranteed at signing they offered him was close to what he would have gotten had he played on his 5th year option and got 2 exclusive tags. That's how the NFL goes. Jackson isn't the level of talent that should be changing that. Maybe he gets to because he's being stubborn as hell and you never know when one team goes Cleveland stupid, but he shouldn't.

And in those 23 games he got us to multiple super bowls while winning 2. One of which was all because he made one of the greatest clutch passes in the history of the sport.

Ben won 3 playoff since 2010 with a combined 3 tds.
Ben is a HOF but like Rodgers overstayed his welcome
Lamar is a top 10 Qb and should be paid as such

The thing about asking what team makes sense for Jackson is forget the fit, forget who has the cap space, forget who the willingness to take a risk...

Right now, the situation is still Jackson wants a fully guaranteed contract which is a no for most owners, and most standard QB contracts will be met by Baltimore who will then keep him.

Jackson has to amend his contract demands to something NFL teams will want and then make it clear he will absolutely not play for Baltimore. He has to force his way out.

At this point I am asking what is the probability that Lamar Jackson simply doesn't play in the NFL next year.

I think Lev Bell was the first and only player to ever sit out a season. I'll never forgive him for that, but thank god he rejected our offer
