IMO, Sirianni has had little to do with their success and especially the roster and build of the team. That is all Roseman, he is the true head of the organization.
I wouldn’t say little to do with their success, but it’s a valid point about Roseman.
More proof they need to take personnel and coaching decisions out of Tomlin’s hands.
Who cares if Tomlin is the highest paid HC no salary cap for spending on coaches and they have the least amount on their staff. You can’t even fire an assistant coach whose under contract without Art ok.
The Eagles Rosemen fired dc and oc last season made the dc the the highest paid in the league and they have the best o line coach in football.
Here in Pittsburgh Khan is a bean counter figure head and every pick or signing is 100 percent on Tomlin.
You have zero clue what Steelers coaching staff is being paid, the numbers are never released.
Cowher had a small staff and it wasn’t an issue - we also have no clue whose decision that is.
It’s all BS excuses.
