Supposedly banana peels submerged in water are supposed to be great for plants. But what I found was that they rotted really quickly (the next day they were just gross!) and I didn't take a chance on putting that on my plants because it might kill them. Maybe I didn't do it right, I kind of half read the directions, as is typical.

I hadn't heard anything about it but just read up on it...yeah. I had misgivings when the FanDuel's of the world became such a large presence in games at any level. We know the teams like the advertising dollars, that betting happens whether it's sanctioned or not, and that MOST people play by the rules. But we also know that a LOT of money and if you're in the right place at the right time there will be some individuals who throw games. If Bohannan is guilty there has to be serious consequences--beyond just losing a job.

Pretty sure anything like that is punishable with jail time. It's how they got several of the mob guys under the RICO act back in the day.

Right, poor phrasing on my end. Cheating on gambling/rigging sports games seems to be more egregious than other areas of our lives where we seem ok with people just stealing from us. Gotta keep the sanctity of sports intact above all else though.

At least Roberts hasn’t raised their prices. Crazy to get a $2.50 beer there versus like $10 at Tootsies and have better music to boot. Like that included Nate Bargatze and the Nateland crew too because I love that podcastz

There is a place in Milwaukee that raised their prices to $2.50 a beer for happy hour.
It is called Vintage, if you are ever in town and on the East Side.

It’s kind of weird because half of the country worships guns and probably wouldn’t find a problem with almost anything Ja might have done. On the other hand, I don’t see too many of that half caring enough about their position to speak up on behalf of an NBA player.

It's just so mindbogglingly stupid.

Hey Ja, you can have a quarter BILLION dollars, or you can hang with your friends and be broke.

Not much of an NBA guy but had the game on after the ECF game tonight. Apparently the Nuggets won their conference for the first time in 47 years. That is an insane drought.
