On a longer version, someone pointed out that the umpire starts pointing at the runner as he rounds 2nd, so perhaps he yelled something inappropriate at the pitcher. Still, not the right way to handle that. I don't really care, i've got no dog in the hunt, but that was pretty wild. If that happened in MLB it would be headline news.

Obviously the guy that hit the HR was yapping at the pitcher and went to far. Not that it excuses the pitcher going full on Terry Tate on the guy, but clearly both players are at fault here.

Right it doesn't mean he should have tackled him but it makes the reaction a bit more understandable. If it was bad enough to get the Umps attention it wasn't just your normal jawing.

I think AJ was asking for a number they weren't willing to pay.

This has everything to do with the price for top receivers skyrocketing and I guess the ‘smarter*’ gms refusing to go there. There are just too many guys coming out of college and immediately making a significant impact so I can definitely see the logic. *We’ll see how it works out.

Yeah there is a reason so many went in the first round. I don't blame WR's for wanting it but I also don't blame GM's for passing on it.

I remember in fantasy football it used to always be about identifying those 3rd year wr breakout guys. Now it’s all about finding the rookies. I’m pretty convinced you can put together a competitor right now with a great defense and a pretty good o line as long as you have an ok qb.

I still think the titans have a chance to be good next year as long as Henry can stay healthy. He and tannehill work really well off one another. And that defense could be even better.
