This is my Dad’s go to stand up routine. I think he’s told me and everyone I know about it at least a dozen times.

I had one. Lucky I didn't research it too much online beforehand. Bad enough thinking about *WHERE* the scope goes.
Afterwards, I felt like I was peeing razorblades on my first couple voids.
(hint: try peeing in the shower where the warm water can help dull the pain if that is an issue)

Ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, salt and pepper on a fresh white roll. You don't need to get fancy.
When occasionally I'm eating somewhere fancy and expensive I often reflect that I would rather be eating a ham sandwich. I've been around the world and have had maybe 2-3 meals that are definitively better than one.
Roast chicken + guacamole + arugula. Put it in a sandwich press and viola
