Well this is what rings massive alarm bells for me. Talent on the ice is only one component of success. This team is never meeting its full potential if this is the kind of management they’re going to have. That’s just the reality. I’ve never seen mismanagement to this degree in this organization…it does not inspire hope going forward.

Agree. I’ve soured on Fitz. He has made some good moves, and defensible moves that just haven’t worked out. But the organizational discipline isn’t there. The whole Ruff/Green thing screams putting personal relationships above the team/organization. Obviously that trickles down.
