I only kept 4 songs and I’m a huge Meek fan smh.

I was just talking about this with someone on a boxing forum I am on. I started playing this while I was at the gym to get hyped up. Skipped nearly every single track and ended up putting DreamChasers 2 on instead LOL.

Meeks album was pretty bad. The only good songs are probably the Intro and Sharing Locations. Not feeling Wale's new album so far either and I'm a big Wale fan.

Young Thugs album wasn't bad. Hate The Game, Day Before, Livin it Up and Love You More are the standouts. The song with Future aint bad either.


Wiz Khalifa and Big Sean both dropped new songs today that are pretty good and I'm half way through Majid Jordan's album and I like it. Sounds like a Drake/Weeknd hybrid.

OK I am going to paint with a super broad brush here.

There is a lot of singing in rap now and it feels like too much to me. I like it sometimes but it feels like it's in almost every song.

That being said, I appreciate this thread because there's alway somethin I end up liking.

I'll head back to the 90's now with my outdated and strict definition of rap. Thanks for listening.
