Whatever his coaching ability, I get the feeling Butch Jones really cares about the players and wants to build a locker room with character. I think that pays dividends eventually because you need a certain magic to have a championship season. But can Tennessee fans and AD wait that long?

As much disappointment and blown chances as we've had in the past couple years, every year Tennessee has gotten and done better. I won't hit the panic button until it starts to stall or go backwards.
