Virginia Tech plays ECU almost every year. Why can't UNC or State?

Hey at least NC State and UNC travel to Greenville, I believe the Wolfpack is scheduled to go there next season. Why doesn't Duke or Wake Forest travel there. Or South Carolina, they've played ECU 3 times in the last 5 years and yet couldn't be bothered to go to Greenville. Or Clemson, who to my knowledge has never even played ECU, yet like SC they regularly beat up on Wofford, Furman, The Citadel etc. every season.

So if I have this straight, that article is asking why NCSU never plays ECU, before it goes on that NCSU and ECU are scheduled to play 3 times in the next 7 years?

I don't know how many more years of this I can handle. I really hope that these two big losses don't kill the kids' confidence. The season is a long way from over.

Also I'm not surprised with the Duke, Georgia Tech upset. Duke was impressive against Arizona State last year and they should've beat Northwestern if their offense had got going at any time. I think they have the potential to close it out in their division and give FSU/Clemson a run for their money in the ACC championship game.

Wake Forest went to Greenville to play in 1997, 2001, and 2004. A long-term series with ECU was ended prematurely by ECU after the 2005 season and ECU backed out of the last game of the series in Winston.
