Astronomy is incredible. I absolutely love it.

Death Valley has some of the best observing on the planet. It's a powerful thing looking up and seeing the arm of the Milky Way.

Just bought an Apple Watch today.

Yeah, I broke down. But actually, I have a good excuse, because I plan to develop some apps for it (natively, of course).

Apparently, watchOS 2 was released earlier today. I'm updating it now, and it is excruciatingly slow. Sure hope this isn't a sign of things to come with this device. Holy cow.

So far, not all that impressed. The big deal here is software development. If I can find some time to write the apps I want to write, then it's all good. Otherwise, it's a waste of $600.

gunna have to agree with RP here.

once i got the grinder attachment to my good homemaker kitchen aid stand mixer, i haven't gone back when making burgers. never will i buy store bought/made ground meat for burgers anyways
