my goal for them hasn't changed since last year:
- gel as a team
- grow competitive habits
- make the playoffs
- gain experience

i don't care if the qualify as divisional winners, in the top3 or as a wild card team. another lost season outside the playoff spots would put the overall build plan in question.

i am also waiting for jack hughes to take more responsabilities from hischier.

They'll be top3 division. Rangers will win division.

Changing from an abnormal defensive scheme to a probably more traditional scheme with Keefe. 2 of their defensemen will be Sophmores, 2 of them will be completely new to the team. One of them missed almost all of last season, and only 1 vet that played all season last year returning.
I would like everything to click right away but its more likely to take time for everyone to get on the same page.

The 4th-8th spots in the division have major question marks and could all find themselves in lottery spots.
