I posted stuff from concrete blonde here in the past. One of my all-time favorite bands, I saw them twice live. I think I'm trying to think of the venue what's not the paradise and it wasn't TT's it was somewhere s*** I forget where but anyway speech to text to your. And I think 91 or so this was around the time of bloodletting, and some dope took out his phone and started yakking on it you know here I am I'm so cool I'm at the concert. And Jeanette napolitano, who does not suffer fools gladly, stopped the song. And said you, out. And she wouldn't start again until this guy left. It was hilarious, and the guy deserved it. Although it was somewhat harsh as well. Anyway speech to text here sorry about that.Interesting. I love his work as well, but he was a complete DICK to the audience the one and only time I saw him back in '84-85.
Never seen an artist cuss out audience members for arriving late before.....or for cheering during a song.....Until him. I've seen plenty of egregious behavior at concerts before, but nothing at this show that merited the abuse he was dishing out.
For me, they're blindingly generic. Like a knockoff of Candlebox, or Bush, or Creed, all of whom were already a knockoff of Pearl Jam, who themselves were kinda bland anyway IMO.BTW, what is the near universal, seemingly irrational hatred toward Nickleback about? I've never heard a note. They're Canadian, yes?
What gives?
Curious.
Never heard of him, but it definitely sucks when you want to see a show but prices are too high. For your information, on a side note, Nickelback will be touring with Brantley Gilbert this year. I wanted to get tickets but prices are crazy.
Brantley Gilbert fan, I've never listed to Nickelback, lol.

George Harrison and Paul Simon actually sound pretty good together.
I love Thorogood - the live version with Elvin "Bad Boy" Bishop is my favourite. I also love the original by John Lee Hooker for a change of pace.
