while technically not a nick album, rockpiles trax on wax is another perfect album imo.Imo Lowe has two perfect albums in Jesus of Cool and Labour of Lust. Nutted by Reality is a fantastic song
When Warren made his last video and song (Keep Me in Your Heart for Awhile) he knew his time on earth was fading he had some of his friends there. He and Jackson were great friends
I believe that’s a Dave Edmunds album, but it doesn’t really matter cause those guys were always working together. I feel like Dave Edmunds is a bit underappreciated. Or I guess he never got big here in the U.S.while technically not a nick album, rockpiles trax on wax is another perfect album imo.

On a related note, I just listened to a great podcast about Elvis Costello, Lowe, and Graham Parker. I was surprised to learn that Edmunds had a top 20 hit with a cover of I Hear You Knocking.
This is something i've had on DVD for many years. I havent watched it in a long time. The dynamic between nick and dave was....interesting to say the least.I believe that’s a Dave Edmunds album, but it doesn’t really matter cause those guys were always working together. 20 and 3, haven't felt like this since 1967
Beatin' the Lightning sure tastes good
Oh man, I love the Boss but back the late 70s, it was this or John & Yoko's "Happy Christmas (War Is Over)."
The first thousand times, no issue.
I already posted The Waitress's "Christmas Wrap," so here's another favorite,
And yes, back in '84 & '85, when they broke in the US, I thought Wham! was a joke.
The first inkling that they, or rather George Michael, were anything more arrived with "Careless Whisper,"
Whatever one thinks of him, George Michael was a great singer and an excellent pop song writer as well.
Proof upon demand. (He threatened. )
Merry Merry everyone!
Felt the same way about Wham, but the Faith album made me reassess. The guy could sing.
When Ziggy Stardust himself shows up to your rehearsal and nods his approval, you know you are killing it
