I know this trailer came out a couple of days ago, but I am excited about this movie. It's still Star Wars, but has a different feel to it. Which makes it exciting.

Had shivers watching a lot of that. Love the feel, love the look. This hopeless mission with a rag-tag group that looks a lot less jabrone than the 7th.

I just watched the first episode of The Get Down and holy ****, absolutely incredible. If you are a hip-hop head you need to check this show out, it's about the beginning of hip-hop in the Bronx in the late 70s. Grandmaster Flash was heavily involved in the show. The first season is just 6 episodes and episode 1 is long, like 90 minutes, but the other episodes are about an hour long. Seriously, get on this **** most of the main cast is relatively unknown but Jimmy Smits also stars in it.

If you need some eye (and ear) candy, Herizen F. Guardiola is in it playing Mylene an aspiring singer. She also does a handful of tracks on the soundtrack, her voice is just incredible.

Has anyone started watching Westworld? The promos and cast looked really good so I was thinking about giving it a shot next week.

Finished Luke Cage last week. It had it's ups and downs but it's by far the weakest of the 4 for me. Acting was terrible, other than Rosario Dawson and whoever played Cottonmouth.

Has anyone started watching Westworld? The promos and cast looked really good so I was thinking about giving it a shot next week.

It's quite cerebral and a very slow build-up but I've really enjoyed it so far.

Stranger things was really great, just finished watching it. I bought Chromecast last weekend and I wonder why I didn't get it sooner, it works really nicely with Netflix (and Viaplay, through which I get my NHL).

I just finished season 1 and I really ****ing love this show. I can't wait for season 2.

Now that I have seen it all I would like to update what I said before, it's not just about the beginning of hip-hop, it's has a pretty heavy disco vibe too as it was the most popular music at the time and the struggle for the minorities in the Bronx. I think season 2 will up it's game and focus even more on hip-hop and it appears it will start touching on other issues (I don't want to give specifics because it would be a spoiler.)

I've been watching and I love it. Yes, it took a little to get into the first episode, but once I wrapped my head around it I was hooked. Very well done.

Yeah the situations Runkle gets himself in are so funny, they more than make up the whininess of Becca.

Watched Dr.Strange a few hours ago and I enjoyed the movie from beginning to end.

The next one in line is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Excited for that one!

I certainly didn't expect this but I've been watching the show Pitch, and am really enjoying it.
