I don't think climate change is a fraud. It has some merit. The Earth goes through cycles anyways, but we are speeding up he process a bit. There will probably be some ice age down the line.

Hopefully the ice preserves my body.

Hopefully. That body needs to be studied for future generations.

They came up here to film because they needed somewhere with harsh winter climates, but when they got here there were chinooks and the snow melted so it delayed filming or something. He went on to claim it was evidence of climate change and that all the locals he spoke to "told him they had never experienced anything like that before." Even when people pointed out he was wrong and that it was naturally occurring, he disregarded it and kept using it to push his agenda. He even used his Oscar acceptance speech to harp on the environment. My opinion of him soured after that.

I don't care if you have something you believe in and want to fight for it, but don't go twisting facts around to get people to buy into your cause.

I vaguely remember mention of that now. My opinion is actors should stick to acting and politicians should stick to lying lol. But I agree, that doesn't help my opinion of him.

Gore became one of the richest men in the world after his documentary. And IIRC, he was funded by one of the richest men in the world that lives a very private life. Anyways, the whole "Go Green" movement spurred many small and new companies to become huge billion dollar corporations overnight. I don't buy the climate change either, apparently cows release more Methane or CO2 than anything and they've been around since forever.

But there weren't that many cows before compared to now. We need to maintain the meat supply for our Baconators though.

Luke Cage came out.

It might be the best we've seen yet. The music alone is good enough to make it a great show.

I hate hip hop, with a passion, but it's integrated well into the show and it fits. The show is great so far. 5 episodes in. Don't think I like it as much as Jessica Jones or Daredevil, but it's still fantastic. Taking it a bit slower, as I've been busy with work, gaming and watching other shows.

So far, for me it's
Daredevil Season 1
Luke Cage
Daredevil Season 2
Jessica Jones

Really couldn't get into Jones much.

Jessica Jones may be favorite actually. I'm i a very small minority on that.
Then Daredevil's seasons are even for me. First is better constructed with the best villain, but I love me some Elektra

Just finished episode 3 of Luke Cage, loving it so far and things look like they are about to pop off. My only qualm was when he put in the ear buds to go into Crispus Attucks and was listening to Bring Da Ruckus that it was the edited version. Like what the ****? How can I sing along at home when it's not the right words?

Still trying to get through the final 6 episodes of Walking Dead Season 6 before I start Luke Cage, but I'm pretty excited for it.

BTW, the episode of Walking Dead where Alexandria fight off the walkers that got in... probably the best episode of the series. Tension level 11.

I just watched season 6 as well and I enjoyed it more than most of the other seasons. I like the show but I don't care enough about it to watch it when it's airing so I just wait until it's out on Netflix, however I think I'll have to tune in for the first episode of season 7.

Also quite excited for Luke Cage I need to finish the new season of Narcos first.

Atlanta looked promising after first episode. I'm gonna watch Westworld episode 1 next, and probably watch Twin Peaks again this autumn before the new episodes come out next year.

I'm "casually" watching Luke Cage. Honestly, it's decent, but it's not sucking me in.

I know this trailer came out a couple of days ago, but I am excited about this movie. It's still Star Wars, but has a different feel to it. Which makes it exciting.
