I actually think SOA was way better than Breaking Bad. Try as I might I've never been able to rewatch BB. Too many slow moments. I just think SOA holds up better

BB was epic in my opinion for what it was and what that man became. The story, action, suspense and acting were all superb. But I wouldn't argue with your comment. I personally liked SOA better, because it touched me more. Both were fantastic series.
 
As a big fan of both SOA and BB, I personally thought BB was better. My main issue with SOA was that there was certain things that just felt too conveniently wrapped up, or dragged on too long in other spots. The series finale also didn't sit as well with me as Breaking Bad's did, but it wasn't a disaster like Dexter's was.
 
I watched Batman vs Superman the other day. Can't say I'm a fan of it. The fighting scene was cool, but other than that I didn't really like that much.

BB is on a whole other tier than SoA.
 
I've seen Maggie. Was alright, really slow paced. Arnold was actually really good in it acting wise.

And in reference to Nogger, I like Breaking Bad, but it's one of the most overrated shows of all time imo. Cranston's performance is what sets it apart. I foud Jesse annoying as hell, and by the end of the show, there isn't even one character I'm kind of rooting for. At least with SoA I kind of gave a crap about the future of the kids and a few other things. And just the way those storie went interested me far more. I still really liked Breaking Bad, just haven't been able to sit through it on a rewatch, it feels like some moments get so drawn out, it's a collection of brilliant moments filled by decent stuff, whereas SoA I find to be consistent awesome with pretty much no stuff I didn't enjoy. The highs of BB are better, but overall I found SoA uch better

I really really disagree with this. :laugh: I haven't seen SoA but BB is not overrated, not in the slightest.
 
I was never as ito it as everyone was when it was on. It's still good, but I think it's overrated because people tend ot call it the greatest show ever. And that to me is overrated

You all can feel free to like it that much. It pisses me off when people call me wrong for having a different opinion though. There is no set way to determine best show ever or how good something i other than everyones opinion on it.

Never meant to call you "wrong" and hope you didn't take it that way. Just said that I disagree. Everyone has an opinion and that's fine with me. :)

Nah it wasn't directed at you. General thing. I get a lot of flak for not considering BB one of my favorite shows. Insulted a lot by people.
