Compiliation of my mini reviews of all of the MCU films from the rewatch of them all I've done over the last month, in advance of Civil War opening

http://cpopplestone.blogspot.ca/2016/04/mcu-review-countdown-to-civil-war.html

Shame on you! You could've been doing what I'm doing;

Instead of writing straight forward essays on US History tests write essays on how screwed up the education system and possibly ways to fix it (essay 1) or how we as a society have become too PC (essay 2).

And no, that is not a joke. The essay is worth 30 points on the test, so I got a 68 and a 70 on the last two tests respectively.

I watched the first episode of Sons of Anarchy last night and had a dream Katey Sagal wanted to kill me :laugh:

That's hilarious. That reminds me of how my wife and I watched a couple old x-files episodes a while back and then that night she had a dream that david duchovny was trying to kill her and he had some kind of killer lobsters that were under his command. This happened probably 5+ years ago and I still bug her about it to this day.

On a side note, I just started watching breaking bad for the first time last week. Bryan Cranston is such a good actor. It's crazy to think that's Malcolm's dad. I'm already halfway through season 2. I haven't binged watched a TV show like this since The Wire.

Captain America: Civil War has a 98% rating on Rotten Tomatoes so far.

It's opening in Europe tomorrow. Going to be a tough week avoiding spoilers.

I think it started playing on 27th already. I have a ticked for Friday evening.

I have a serious obsession with The Wire atm. And since I'm a nice guy, I let my gf watch what she wants until she goes to bed and I stay up half the night binge watching, awesome show!

Civil War was great. I was skeptical about Tom Holland being cast as Spider-Man but IMO he's the best film portrayal of Spidey so far, even if he was only in the film for about 30 minutes. I'm hyped for his standalone film next year.

That was a great movie. I went on a date to watch it tonight.

Excellent. I love the **** talking spidey.

Just saw Civil War. A-MAZ-ING. it was just....epic. They really went above and beyond what I thought the direction they were going to take it in.

Marvel has been KILLING IT. everything the produce turns to silver.

Finally saw Captain America: Civil War. Holy **** what a good movie, some minor plot holes I found here and there, but I really enjoyed it. Probably an 8.5-9/10 for me.

Finished The Wire last night :cry:, already debating if I should jump into The Sopranos or rewatch The Wire :laugh:, I've enjoyed and rewatched a few series', don't think I've ever been tempted to IMMEDIATELY rewatch.
