Not sure yet. Not another serious drama though. Since I got Crave, I just went straight to Sopranos cause that was one of the main reasons why I subscribed to it. I haven't even gone through much of their catalogue.

Had another Sopranos dream last night, though I can't remember about what. Something to do with Phil Leotardo and what an ******* he is :laugh:

Marvel is absolutely killing it on Netflix. Like, killing it. They pick excellent actors (Cox is beyond awesome, he was great in Boardwalk Empire and Bernthal has probably been the best representation of the Punisher to date). The thing with Netflix is they get to stay with the comics; they get to craft these awesome storylines and don't need to fill in the fluff or woman bait (watching Amell work out for 3 minutes shirtless in a 45 minute show is kind of pointless?).

Try watching Arrow and Flash then watch Daredevil season 1 (my favourite of the 3 so far; also read A Man Without Fear). There's no comparison. The WB/DC stuff is absolutely garbage in comparison.

Love how they portray the Punisher this season; hate the amount of ninjas :laugh:... But does Castle ever make up for kind of a **** season. Just brutal. That prison scene... Jeez.

Plus the Punisher has always been a favourite character. So to see them make a great show with him in the main cast is incredible. They got the feel of Daredevil, Fisk, Stick, Punisher, Kilgrave, Cage and Jones so right, it's actually a pleasure to watch.

I actually like Flash more than all the Netflix shows because he is my third favorite superhero and they nail the tone and the actor is so good. I like the dark stuff too, but Flash is more fun and I love it
 
Speaking of Crave, I finished OZ, awesome show, took a bit to get into, but I really enjoyed it. Just started season 2 of The Wire, another awesome show, Crave has definitely been worth it! Still chomping at the bit to re-watch the Sopranos as well.

Also, watched Batman vs Superman on Saturday, loved it! Plan on catching it again this week. There are some fair criticisms for sure, but for the most part, it seems people expect it to be like Marvel movies, when I think most of the draw is the fact that it's not. It's dark, I like it that way.

I'm fine with dark, but just didn't think this movie did it too well. The movie was ok. The thing is if its dark and grim, if it isn't really good, the bad has no redeemable qualities. And Superman shouldn't be grim as he is portrayed in this movie.

Wonder woman has me more interested than Justice League does at this point. Batman v Superman was ok. Fun to a degree, but it should have been far better than it was. 7/10
 
Ugh I have to catch up on TWD. But my per didn't record the first episode after the break, so I gotta find that one first.

Also, watched 3 episodes of Better Call Saul season 2 last night, trying to catch up, man it's a good show, so much better than I ever expected it to be.

I haven't watched since the 3rd episode of this season. I missed the 4th one and never bothered catching up. I will attempt to catch up before Sunday night.
 
They have cast the lead roles for Iron Fist, both are also in Game of Thrones.

Finn Jones (Loras Tyrell in GoT) has been cast as Iron Fist.

Jessica Henwick (Nymeria Sand in GoT, Jess Testor in The Force Awakens) has been has as the Female lead Colleen Wing.

I liked it. It could have been better, it really didn't get going until 75 min in, but I get they needed to tell the story. I was expecting a little more I think, but I'm super happy I saw it. Wonder Woman made the movie for me :naughty:

The issue is it felt this movie was more focused on setting up Justice League than being a great movie by itself.

I came out of it lookng forward to Wonder Woman much more than the Justice League movie next year. Never thought I'd say that

I totally agree with that. There was one good exchange between Batman and Superman in this movie. It was a good scene but not great. The end was quite good, but I also agree that it all lended itself towards Justice League. I have been waiting to see this movie for almost 15 years when I first heard it being talked about, so I'm happy saw it. I wasn't disappointed, but it could have been better.

I don't watch a ton of TV anymore (Jeopardy, Better Call Saul, and Big Bang Theory are pretty much it). But man I love that show. Vince Gilligan is on another level, watched Breaking Bad from day 1. The episodes are amazing. The cinematography is movie quality. The characters are awesome and the writing has that dry humour I love. Plus, things are starting to get really crazy.

I can't stand him or batman. I have had very limited exposure to DC comics but the only character that I ever felt was compelling was The Joker, although after a little research and my infatuation with Margot Robbie I am interested in Harley Quinn too.

Yea I love the Batman universe but thats about it on the DC side.
