I'm too old to exercise, Toe, that's the point.

Ceaser Salad ( no Croutons )
Egg Salad no bread obviously
Tuna
Mayo
Mustard
Shrimp
Naked Wings
Blu Cheese
Butter
Lots of green and yellow beans
Celery
Pickles
dip
Chicken thighs
Bacon
Eggs
Cucumbers
sour cream
Whisps
Franks Red Hot
Salad dressing
Cauliflower
Home made jerky
cheese
Hot Rods :)
Protein
Whip Cream
Splenda
Berries
Fat head dough for pizza, google it, its good
Mug Bread if you crave bread
Almond Flour
Cauliflower crust pizzas

Just basically cut out all sugar and keep net carbs below 20g per day, But you can't half ass it. If you start eating a high fat diet, you cant just do it off and on, it wont work.

Thats what I do now, with planned insane cheat days, but then right back on the next day.

Thanks bud, that will work :thumbu: I have completely cut out the "obvious" carbs like ****ing Superman - it's just the sort of "hidden" carbs that I have to look out for. Like the other day I looked at some ****ing cheese and it had some in it. I was like "Mother****ing cheese, what are you even doing?" There were some meatballs, but I knew they'd have carbs. I just miss my salmon desperately.

You can never be too old to exercise.

Best plan is what you’re doing, read the labels.

Simply amazing, how animal took 3 yrs to complete, and pour some sugar on me took 10 days.

Also amazing how Hysteria was originally complete after the record company spent 3 million on it, the manager says hold on we need 2 more weeks we have something.

Imagine Hysteria not having pour some sugar on me on it.

I use to listen to Howard all the time, till about 2007. Ever since Artie left. I was shocked to see this on youtube and was amazing about this live preformance.

I also just had 10 bbq wings and 2 slices of pizza

Had one if my favorite Local Restaurant meals tonight... La Esperanza's Pechuga a la Mexicana in Lindenwold... perfect with a couple Modello Negras... I'm in Heaven every time I eat it there.

I gave a detailed Review of it on here a few months or so back... and the raves still hold true.

Are you using a grill pan on a flat top stove? I have a grill pan and a flat top stove but was always worried it would not heat evenly on the two "burners".

Please say yes and it does because that would open a whole different aspect to cooking.
Yes!

I only use the one burner since it’s not quite long enough to cover both, but it heats up surprisingly evenly. The above steak obviously came out perfectly, although I did finish it off in the oven.
