Just basically cut out all sugar and keep net carbs below 20g per day, But you can't half ass it. If you start eating a high fat diet, you cant just do it off and on, it wont work.
Thats what I do now, with planned insane cheat days, but then right back on the next day.
You can never be too old to exercise.I'm too old to exercise, Toe, that's the point.

Thanks bud, that will work I have completely cut out the "obvious" carbs like ****ing Superman - it's just the sort of "hidden" carbs that I have to look out for. Like the other day I looked at some ****ing cheese and it had some in it. I was like "Mother****ing cheese, what are you even doing?" There were some meatballs, but I knew they'd have carbs. I just miss my salmon desperately.

As awesome as that steak is, I hope that’s not true hahaha. It’s a little thin!!!That is thr sexiest ribeye, I ever seen
Don’t worry. I’m perfectly capable of cooking larger steaks. This was from last July.As awesome as that steak is, I hope that’s not true hahaha. It’s a little thin!!!
Are you using a grill pan on a flat top stove? I have a grill pan and a flat top stove but was always worried it would not heat evenly on the two "burners".Don’t worry. I’m perfectly capable of cooking larger steaks. This was from last July.

Please say yes and it does because that would open a whole different aspect to cooking.
Awesome! Thanks.Yes!
I only use the one burner since it’s not quite long enough to cover both, but it heats up surprisingly evenly. The above steak obviously came out perfectly, although I did finish it off in the oven.

I’ve said it before. Tomahawk ribeyes are the only real cut. It has a built in handle for Christ’s sake, the way we were meant to eat.Don’t worry. I’m perfectly capable of cooking larger steaks. This was from last July.
